I don't remember, they're whatever the one is where you don't have to have a resistor box...so I guess High(?) Like the add says, they are plug and play, Swift Racing sells these specifically for the 2JZ-GE.

Rail yes, lower runner I'm not sure. 96-up cars had lower runners with a fuel recovery passage built in, so the injector pockets are a larger diameter.
