2JZGE FFIM Intake NA-T w/Q45 flange
I liked mine so much I had an an extra pair of FFIM's made that I was originally going to keep for future projects,
but they have been put on hold (I am thinking more 1fz and 4x4 now) so these gotta go.
SOLD
Machined and welded professionally (clears brake booster).
Uses Ross Machine Racing D plenum (the big one) and matching Q45 throttle body flange.
Designed to bolt on to lower runners with a OEM intake gasket (#17176-46020 always use a new one).
Uses regular Bolts (M8x1.25 about 15mm length, I used the highest grade hex cap bolts from Ace).
Both manifolds have been sanded smooth and very lightly sealed which gives it a brushed look.
So basically its ready for Polishing or Powdercoat, or if you like the brushed look you can leave it as is.
See post 2 for fitment info and questions I know everyone will ask me.
This is intended for offroad/racing use only.
Now for the Pics
Here is a pic of one installed in an SC.
This one was not sanded/sealed at all so don't mind the scratches.
I tapped this one with 1/4 and 1/8 NPT holes for vac lines.
The ones for sale are not tapped so you can make the holes wherever you want (underneath for example).

What do I need to do to make one of these fit into an SC/MK4?
Basically the typical FFIM stuff:
1. Must relocate power steering reservoir
(can use Supra/sc400 reservoir and TT PS nipple #44337-24020 and O-ring #90301-11016).
2. Must move fuse box over about an inch or cut a small hole in the corner of the cover (what I did) to clear q45 throttle linkage (your choice).
cleanest look is to relocate fusebox & battery entirely IMO, which I plan to do later along with tucking the harness under the runners.
3. Longer throttle cable.
Whats shown in the installed picture is a Landcruiser cable on a fab up bracket. Ideally you would want to weld a small bracket to the intake.

I fit it that way because the other way it shows the vacuum lines on top of the throttle body (ugly; and no one uses them). Also it doesnt fit well the other way because of the large throttle linkage on the q45 TB.
good news is it fits just fine flipped over once you move the fusebox and looks much better too
Thanks, I sent you a PM and I will get back to you on that one.
