My '95 have a single button remote, which didn't come with my SC when I bought it. I tried ordering through Lexus Sewell Texas, (since it's the cheapest route) and tried to get it cut through my VIN and when the keys arrived it's got a different cut so I had to return it. I said I'll just order an uncut one, and for some reason they wouldn't let me. Long story short I've been trying to find one through eBay or whatever, and through all my research, I found out that our SC's came with 4 different kinds of keys, that uses different signals. We have the '92-'94(which cannot be programmed without buying the ECU for the alarm as well), '95-'96(singe button/can be programmed), '97(3 button remote key chain/separate from key like what the LS's have, he can actually buy this used through eBay for around $60-80, very common) and lastly the '98-'00(3 button remote, very advance technology before the keyless ignition was introduced). You'll actually find the signal code in the manual/handbook, I think it's called HCC or something.

PS - that guy still hasn't gotten back to me. About an hour left and the bushings are yours!
