Is It tapped for the tps and vacuum ?
What is it missing to complete ?

 

You can tap it wherever you want to. Mark made it thick enough to tap for vacuum.

Far as TPS, you'd want to use a Q45 throttle body which has the tps, and idle up built into the TB. That's what I was going to do.

You'd need a throttle body, GTE power steering resevoir fitting so you can run a new ps reservoir. Intake manifold gasket.
