ANyone got headlight parts.
sorry for posting here maybe i could get more traffic that in the forsale wanted forum.
I was wondering if anyone had those rings that go around the stock projector to keep the glare within the projector. when i had my E39 Retro done the person who did it didn't put it back in so i got bad *** glare because you can see the HID bulb if you stand in front of the car.

yeah we totall should. and you can check out my HID in my fogs too. LOL. anyways i heard the glare from the SC is due to the reflection on the bottom of the housing. but mine is due to the exposure of the HID bulb. its suppose to be completely covered up but you can see mine.

If no one has this piece. can someone measure the size in diameter of the E39 Projector or our stock projector so i know what size pipe to buy to make this ring Thanks

i had a choice to paint that bottom piece black but ididn't want to do it. I like my housing to be bright. also the black that he showed me turned out dark chocolate brown instead of black.

You mean the round metal ring to hold up the projector len?? I just got into an accident with my light housing broken in pieces...My projector however is still good. If you can show me exactly what you need...I might be able to give it to you.

Great thanks guys. Its a round ring that goes over the projector. Its about 2-3 inch in diameter and about 2-3 inches long. i believe its made up of plastic.
Lex Luthor if you have 1 can i have that please. i actually need one because i can pick up another.
