It's from a 2004 Acura MDX. Yes you pull the old one out and put this one in. A pretty straight forward installation.

Theres only two plugs that this antenna plugs into if you look at yours in the trunk. Gotta take out the that 10lb factory sc300 mess of an antenna and plug this right in. The easiest mod you can do. Its affordable and gives the car a modern look.
