is that coolant tank the overflow reservoir tank for the radiator? Does it include the cap for it? (that's what I really need, mine is missing the cap with the hose that attaches to the top of it)

Is that the heater/water valve? if not do you have one off of the car? mine has a small leak in it so my heat goes out about every 2 days until i put more coolant in it. If it is or you have it for sale how much to ship it to 45014. Thank you
