I have an Orc single plate clutch for a r154, its needs a new disc and flywheel needs turned includes push to pull conv. I believe it's a 409D although I can't find info on the clutch itself

The clutch came in a 1j/r154 motor set, I never used it and I have since went 6 speed
A new disc/rebuild kit can be bought at RHDjapan.com

As you can tell there is nothing left on the disc, FYI the motor set it came from was not upgraded other than the clutch... clutch is rated at 400ps which is about 400hp but, id say its a little under rated..

Great clutch. Its the orc super single am i correct? Had one of these on my Silvia. So tempted to buy this to put in my sc300.

So this needs a new flywheel and clutch disc? Would I just be able to buy a new disc and use my existing lightweight flywheel or does it have to be an ORC?

The flywheel has to be Orc I believe. I remember taking off my Orc and it didn't look like an oem one.

I do believe it is the super single not for sure... It is just like any multiplate clutch, clutch/flywheel is one unit,
The flywheel just needs to be refinished/clean, after a flywheel has been used its a good idea to do this esp when your installing a new disc


I was really hoping to use it on my next car, but I need the extra cash to help finish my current car
