Anyone who has a 2JZGTE and went single turbo should have this part laying around, its located above the #2 turbocharger on the top left of the motor when looking from above. it has 2 vacuum ports and a 2 prong electrical clip, and is attached to a metal bracket.

it is the Vacuum switch for the EBV sylenoid, mine is busted
