would this lower the car at all? How are they compared to the blue tokico shocks?

In order to use the supratt springs to lower your sc you need the supratt struts as well so everything fits. The struts won't lower the car but they are needed. Eibach springs made for the sc lowers the car 1inch all the way around but the supratt sprins lower your sc 1inch in the rear and 1.3 inches in the front which makes the car look much more proportioned since the front of the sc is a little higher anyway.

so these are the supra tt springs and will fit directly onto my sc? What kind of condition are the shocks and struts? This is the WHOLE suspension needed for the front and rear right?

Springs and struts only. Thats all you need for the install and thats what is for sale.
