I'm so depressed,
I've been looking for a job for over a year now.
Got laid off.
I used to be in IT; an Unix Admin, now I'm a bum ....
I've been hanging in there barley.
But now I may need to raise some money for a family member.
arghh!, I love my SC so much (well as much as you can love an inanimate object

I have a black 94 SC300 5speed, with 60,500 miles.
I'd hate to sell it, but if I did, how much could I ask for it?
I think the 5speed manual should be worth a bit more then what Edmunds/KBB says
(cause they don't take into account that it's a sort after model)

I mean, it doesn't have to be an IT job,
blue collar or NO collar work is OK too

I feel your pain! I'm an unemployed Unix Admin as well! I really hope you don't have to sell your car!!! That's a scarey thought, but I've had to consider it myself

Hang in there and keep looking. There's lots of Admin jobs being posted (more than in the last 2 years), there's just a lot of competition for them.

Yeah, I've been prayign things pick up soon.
If I don't get any work in the mext two weeks, I'll prolly have to sell my SC.

Things is, now they ask for people with my old skill set + 10 other things!

And I haven't even touched the new Solaris 9!
Arghhh!
After being out of tech for almost 2 years, I'm already out of touch with the current technology....
crap, I don't want to wind up mopping floors......
