Driver's door panel ARM REST

Hi,
Do you still have the arm rest for the driver's door available (mines worn)? How about the gray/spruce dash pieces: glove box door, strip that is below vents and above center console, and piece just below dash where key is? My pieces have faded color and no longer gray/spruce.
