I was on a cruise ship when it made landfall. We were sailing near Miami and had some wind and waves for a few hours.
My home area had wind and very little rain, Cocoa Beach area

Hey that's awesome. Not sure I would want to be on a ship during a hurricane, but I am guessing a Florida based captain probably calls a hurricane a normal Tuesday.

the storm was in the Gulf of Mexico, we were in the Atlantic hundreds of miles away but when they are this strong and big, everyone feels them.
I am concerned with this new storm, Hurricane Lee, it looks to be a catastrophic Major storm…just hoping it is a “Fish Storm”

a storm that only the fish have to deal with ;-)
Or, the storm stays out to sea and never hits land

Wishing you SC fellows in Florida safe and healthy. Hoping hurricane Lee won’t do any damage to the East Coast.

Well what about us SC owners in SC, Lee might be heading our way.

I pray Lee stays away from all land.
According to online data, Lee should begin to weaken, we will see if this is correct at the 1100EST update

The Florida Press department is better than the SC pr people.

Since we are all controlled by major media, we haven't been told to worry about you
