Hi, I own a 2003 Lexus SC430 and recently one of my radiator fans broke. I want to see if anyone has any recommendations when it comes to either replacing it or fixing it, I'd like to replace it but the only fans I see are universal and I have never used a universal part so I'd like some advice on which one I can use or if someone has a cheap OEM fan for sale. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

The OEM is so inexpensive, I recommend you just go that route

Just FYI when you take the fan assembly apart you have to remove the upper coolant hose in order to have enough room to remove the assembly. The plastic is held on by 6 10mm screws, 3 on top, 3 on the bottom. I would suggest you drain about 1 to 2 quarts of coolant out from the radiator first then disconnect the one end of the hose. It will flex enough to get the fan assembly up and out. The fan is installed onto the motor by a 8mm nut I believe.
Is the LS430 fan the same part number/size as the SC430? I you're really strapped for cash maybe you can pull a fan from an LS 430 at a pick-n-pull then put that on your SC. It's just a lot easier to find an LS430 instead of SC430's at these yards.
