Default Mpg went down question?

I had my timing belt, water pump, radiator flush, brake flush and engine air and cabin air filter changed. The car runs great except my mpg is now down about 2 mpg after doing all this. Do you guys have any explanation for this. I don’t see leaks on the ground. There are no engine problems.70 k miles on it 2003. What do you guys think.

MPG is down here because it's cold.

Calculate your mpg yourself. The calculation done by the car can be flawed...especially after having the battery disconnected long enough for a reset.

Given the work you had done, the only reasonable suspect would be the brakes...if a caliper is now sticking slightly you'd lose mpg.

How about a really low quality air filter restricting airflow?
