Part number help !

I recently bought a sc430 and it seems to be missing a part. Hopefully someone here could help me with my issue. The red arrow is pointing at the part.

I think this is what you're looking for: 53325-24020 REINFORCEMENT, HOOD LOCK HOOK, NO.2; you'll also need two 90119-06545 bolt w/washer to mount it.

Ok that just looks like the release hook housing. What makes you think you are missing a part? My 06 does not have the painted tube with the hole in it.

I recently bought a 02 sc430 but last week I had the hook latch fail and my hood flew open, so I replaced the hood but it was just missing a the secondary hood latch.
