Thinking about selling my 2006 SC 430 70,650 miles
Thinking about selling my 2006 SC 430 with 70,650 miles on the clock. Timing belt and water pump changed at 59,265, spare tire kit, new P7 tires with 7 k on them, new vision rims everything works as it should. Tiger Eye Mica color. All records new rear struts. Any Interest?

I wish. I have had the SC for going on 6 years and have put just over 10k on the clock. We have a 2010 LS460L that we take on trips, I have a 1990 Ford Bronco II that is beyond nice and I just don't drive the SC. I am 74 and now have prostrate cancer and am thinking it's time to let it go.

Hey Dennis, Sorry to hear about your health issues and sorry we will be losing you as a valuable contributor to the SC 430 Forum! While I'm not in the market, your SC would be a great find for anyone who is. Post a few pics just for fun.
I never thought I would let go of my 2008, but after driving my wife's new 2024 ES 300h, I'm considering it. I can now see how far cars have evolved since 2000 when the SC was designed and brought to market. Our ES steers, handles, and drives so smoothly compared to older cars...it puts the SC to shame!
That said, I'm not sure what I would replace my SC with. I'm not a huge fan of the LC, but I'm sure I would love it if I drove it. However, I tend to like less flashy (and less expensive) cars as I like to fly under the radar. Maybe a Toyota GR88 would fit the bill, but at 69-years-old myself, I wonder if I'll grow out of the need for a sporty car sooner than later.
