Default Are clear bumper lenses available???

Source(s) would be appreciated.

Finally, are front and back different? Look the same at a glance. The only issue left would be amber and red colored bulbs, but since light output is not critical there, they could even be painted, right??

Have a good weekend.

Thanks man. No aftermarket support on low production vehicles is typical... and understandable. The good thing is that both front and back lenses seem the same, which would help in production costs and sales (4 per car). Maybe an entrepreneurial soul would give it a try now that over 40K SCs are on the road.

Just one last thought for people who own both an SC430 and a C5 vette (I sold my '03 recently): could you compare the rear bumper lens against the SC's? It's a long shot, but I remember it being so close in shape and size that it warrants the question; those are readily available.

Take care.

JC

You can actually make the clear lense by yourself. It takes a lot time but well worth it.

Could you elaborate on that?? Oh, but only if it would look OEM, and not cost an arm and a leg in special tools or equipment. It's not a big deal for me, therefore I don't want to spend a lot of time or money on that. Just thought it'd look great on silver, and further differentiate my car from the rest. Removing ALL 4 inner fenders to get to the suckers would be enough of a hassle not to look forward to it.

Later.
