You're the first that's noticed a noise difference after installing Tein CS's. That's odd. Did you put on new tires at the same time? I had no noise increase at all - coilovers or sways. Did you get an alignment after the Tein install - a must? If not, that could definitely be the problem. If you did get an alignment, maybe they missed something and a redo is in order.
You're going to love your new sways! Take note of what your average MPG is in the city this week. Then track it after you get your sways on. I was 2 MPG lower after getting my first sways. They allow you to drive more aggressively without even noticing it.
Another note about the Tein CS's: I'm a big believer in "breaking in" coilovers, especially the CS's whose travel gets restricted the more you lower your car. I started out on a mushy stock setting and gradually added a click every 100-200 miles. Even after that process a few months later, you'll notice they've broken in even more. After more than a year, I believe they've stablized and (with sways) I run 9 clicks front and rear for freeway driving, 10 for twisties and 11 for serious twisties. A year ago I was at 8 and 9 clicks for all conditions.
FYI.

Nope, had the same exact wheels/tires on there.
No, haven't gone for an alignment yet as I wasn't sure if I was going to lower the car anymore (or if it could be lowered anymore with the Tein setup). Once it's at the correct ride height, I'll dial in the alignment.

Ah. There's your noise problem.
From your pictures (great pics and color combo, btw) it looks like you can go a bit lower... maybe just the fronts to get back a rake position. However, everytime I'm driving around San Francisco in my SC, I realize that if I lived there I would raise my car a tad. SF is brutal on lowered cars!
Hey Dozer42, I just had a peek at your Corvette. Amazingly beautiful beast! I'm a big, big sucker for that color on Vettes. Very nice!

Possible to DIY if you're mechanically inclined and have the tools, here is a rough list of what needs to be done:
Remove front lower splash shield along with two smaller side shields
Unbolt end links for original bar
Unbolt main brackets for original bar
Retorque upper bracket bolts
Reverse these steps with new parts
Rear unbolt some of the exhaust
Remove a couple chassis braces
Unbolt end links for original bar
Unbolt main brackets for original bar
Reverse
Sounds super easy but it's probabaly medium on the scale of difficulty.
Figure install charges to be anywhere from $100-$200 depending on where it gets done.
