cd jam in sc 430
Thanks to those that tried to help me get the cd out of my player. No luck. ...A bit of info ... the dealer refused to try and get it out. Their policy is to send the entire unit back for repair and put in a new unit complete. They told me that if they open it up and can not fix it it is their problem.... so they ordered me a new one and will swap the complete Levinson unit next week. this way it is all under warranty. I will be mailed back all the cd left inside.

... if ever there was a reason to get an extended warranty, this is it.
If your dealer includes parts and labor of warranty work on his statements, I'd sure like to know what this job would have cost you.

I did ask ,he said the unit with installation was $3,800.00 , to do all the work with the dash ,plus the unit it self is VERY expensive. I find it hard to believe ,but that is what he said. I just hope it all links back up and everything works.
