Help!
While trying to change CDs on my unit, "Error 3" appears on the display when I attempt to eject and/or load a disc. Currently 5 of the 6 discs remain in the unit. Can anyone advise? Will it be necessary to return to the dealer for repairs?
Thank you.

It happen to me too. Don't use home made disk
(Burned with your computer and a paper label)
use a sharpie.
I got the cd out with a thin knife blade and now
it works just fine.
Read here if you are still in warranty the dealer
will replacethe unit rather than trying to repair it
and mail back any disk "stuck" in it.

Thanks, fellas.
I called my Lexus dealer. They told me that they will order a new unit and call me in for a one-hour switch job. The five stored discs will be forwarded to me later. I believe that a passenger did in fact put in a home-made disc that probably caused the problem.
