The New Pebble Beach Special Edition Colour for the 2006 model year is ..............
Tiger Eye Mica (4T2) with Camel leather interior and dark espesso wood.
(Canadian spec. U.S. will probably be the same)
I haven't seen this colour, but it may be the one previewed in Europe last year.

Re: "Mary Kay Pink" exterior paint idea by LKirchner.. Perhaps, for some ladies or males of "an alternative lifestyle" ("not that there's anything wrong with that"). Maybe Mercedes-Benz (Lou Kirchner's cars) should test market this "*****cat" color before Lexus.

Does anyone else have any confirmation of this color combo for the 2006 PBE? If so, can you refer me to a color chip on Web? I envision "Tiger Eye Mica" to be a metallic goldish brown color.
How rare will '06 PBE be? The '04 was 400 units and the '05 was 600 units, all for North America.
I just phoned my dealer and was told they have no info on the 2006 PBE until at least July 9th.

I checked with the automotive paint folks at DuPont regarding this post concerning "tiger(s) eye mica" (Code 4T2) and they have no record of this color at this time.
Does anyone else have any details about the 2006 "Pebble Beach Edition" and/or viewing this "tiger(s) eye mica" color?

Earlier information concerning the 2006 "Pebble Beach" Edition has since been CONFIRMED as "TigerEye Mica" with Camel Interior and Espresso Dark Brown wood.
