well, i think it's time to post this. my wife and i have been thinking about getitng another car for a while already... after much debate, we came down to the following choice:

sc430, ls430, m3, porsche gt3, porsche 911 turbo, sl500, m5, s2000, nsx

yes it was a broad range, all the way from huge luxury sedan to super sport sedan to luxury coupe and all the way to supe sport coupe. but to us it's ok coz' we already have a gs400, is300, a beater camry, so we want something we like and fun.

after a lot of driving and thinking, last two choices were either the ls430 or the sc430... well, this time i want my wife to get something she likes. she always says i can't get the ls430 until i am 35, so i guess the final call was easy.... so on thanksgiving day.....

we are absolutely in love with this car, it's so awesome. i love the 05 coz' the nav has voice recognition, it's awesome!!! and we got the 5 spoke wheels which is a plus (though on the down side my wife she said if it's pie then we need new wheels right the way!)

i wanna give a big thank to elizabeth of longo lexus, without her i wouldn't have been able to get the car at the price, it was a good deal imho anyone wants a car for december to remember? hehe... thanks eliz!

oh and i also want to thank some other people as well, including sexySC, lxogood, hermosa. i am sure i left some other people

This is the first time I post, so please be easy on me. I am very excited about the car, it's so nice! Henry already took off the front emblem, I think it looks better, and we also got the clear bra put on before the car left the dealership, I don't want to see any chips on this car for sure

yeah, guess the LS has to wait now that sux huh, but being able to make her super happy, i think it's worth it. though we looked at it, and we probably will be spending more money on the sc430 than the ls430.

oh well, it's a done deal now, we can only move forward

yeah jeff, and i am afraid that our cars are going to share even more similarities down the road (considering how few choices of mods we have)

we saw your car during eos3, and to be honest your car was the single car that we remembered most. my wife always like the white sc430, and she just kept on going "henry, see that" "henry so nice " "henry, when?"

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

I absolutely love the color of the interior! If I had to do one major interior mod to my car (assuming I win the lottery or something), I would change my black leather to that saddle color. It probably would not go with the silver exterior, but who cares! Absolutely georgeous!!

So let me get this straight (jealously kicking in now) - The GS and IS is for you and the SC is for mimi? Man I wish I had money like this to indulge in just buying cars.............
