Slotted and vented rotors

They're supposedly built to exact Lexus SC430 specs. Seems like a nice upgrade for less than $200. They're on Ebay.
Just curious what you think.

the sc430 and the gs400/430 shares the same brake i believe. if you want, you can just talk to steve ganz of carson toyota, and he has a lot of drilled slotted rotors for you. you want good stuff

I'm not going to do it, but was curious of the subject, since I haven't seen any SC430 (even in pictures) with them. For $140 or so, it seems like a nice addition for people with bigger wheels.
Good day.

From an aesthetic view, I would think it would be a waste to put anything decorative behind the "pie pan" wheels. I doubt the effect would be noticed.

Agreed, but if you switch to the twist caps, the rotor and caliper become very visible.

they are mostly show.. get either slotted OR drilled, and each choice depends on what you will be doing with the car.. if you are not planning on doing any high speed driving or track, then dont waste your money.. If you are looking for a better brake perf, get steel braided lines instead
