LCD still scratched , Lexus doesn't respond

LCD still scratched , Lexus doesn't respond
hello,
I still have not solved the problem with my sc 430's lcd nav screen. It has scratches on the surface and It unbearable to me. I have contacted the dealer but they say that they have to substitute the whole lcd screen with the wood part in front of it and are entitled to do it only if the defect is factory-made. Has someone experienced the same problem ? How did you solve it? In case someone had the lcd replaced under warranty , can you give me the chassis n° of your car so I will show them that Lexus has replaced the screen to another person with no problems ?

Sorry but I can't help you. All that I can say is welcome to the wonderful dealership experience of Lexus. I also had problems and solved them by selling the car. Drastic but it has saved me $$$'s on Maalox.
