I've been treated with excellence at Lexus of Smithtown.
Much of the service offered has to do with surrounding car dealerships as well as the wealth of the community. Here, a pretty wealthy community, Lexus dealers maintain immacualte service, so as to not lose current and potential future buyers/lexus owners. With the plethora of BMW and MB dealers around locally, my dealership has managed to maintain the same level of service, with an increase in labor costs, for over 15 years, since the first ownership of a Lexus we had in 1990 (LS400)....Our sales dept.....now that is a nother story. Jerks.

I could not agree more ! Exactly how I feel when I visit the dealership now. I guess it's not just the service depts. in NJ that are acting this way now. Back in 98-99 they were excellent as well.
