Two nice (VIP influenced) UZZ40's from Japan
Alright guys, heres a few pictures of two different UZZ40's in Japan that have attempted to achieve a VIP flair. In my opinion- the SC430 looks amazing like this- and I know that there are several members here that are achieving this look with their car also (GSXotic- as well as a few others).
Regardless- the key here is wide and low (wide wheels, low offsets, wide profile, low stance, etc...). The green tint thing has been a part of exec / vip style in japan for a few years. Another tint option cars like these often go for is the light blue you may see on Benz's or on the mirrors of Audi's.

-This car exudes a vip style aura more than any other UZZ40 I have ever seen. The tint (IMO!!!!) is amazing. I would love to see this car in person- if its this breath taking on a computer screen, I can only imagine what it would look like sitting right in front of me

OMG this is SICK... So cleanly and tastefully done. Turns the SC into a totally different beauty with very subtle mods. 
Did you say those are in Japan? How come they are LHD? Or did you mean this is imitating what's been done in Japan? (I think I see a Japanese national flag in the third pic though.)
EDIT: Ah I just realized only the SC in the first pic is LHD, the other one is RHD.

The 2nd one is indeed very sick. As GSxotic pointed out what is with the two different finishes on the wheels. They are great looking wheels, who makes them. Not really feeling the tint
