thanks, i have asked and they keep pointing me to TRD wheels which are not quite what I have in mind.

They didn't(can't) even answer your simple question of whether the new Spyder GS wheels will work with the SC sensors ?

going back and try again and to see if the 2006 GS 430 wheel might work. the Spyder is nice but would like to explore my options.

one dealer told me the TRDs was the only trouble free replacement wheel that could be recommended for used on the SC430.

I know this is an ancient bump, but did this idea work out for you?

Does anyone know if 2006 GS430 18's work with the sensors on a 2003 SC430? I'd like to keep the TPMS active on my mother's SC but she hates the pie plates (I have taught her well ).

Thanks, all!

The 18" Tourmalines from the GS fit on my '06 SC430 with the tire pressure sensors. Sewell Lexus recommended them and installed them. They look great on the darker colors. I get lots of compliments.

I promise to post pics someday soon, but I'm waiting for the bad weather to subside in TX!

Default GS 430 Wheels for the SC

I purchased my 07 SC in December, and had the GS wheels installed by the dealership. Here is a picture the day of delivery.

The G-Spiders are actually OE on the 2007 Pebble Beach Edition SC430.

Dusty:

Thanks for the pic! I had come across your prior thread thru my searching.

I'll try to take some pics and put together a DIY for the wheel swap for others to use if the sensor swap is complicated or any other issues arise.
