Good price for a pre-owned '02

As far as I can tell, "snow mode" is a meaningless button.
Until they can come up with a way to have a button press shift 500 pounds of engine weight to the rear of the car, such "mode" buttons will be little more than a marketing scam.
I still have the original tires on the car, whatever they are. With no weight on the rear wheels and tires that wide, the tread does not make much difference. It's akin to putting on snow shoes to keep you from sinking into the snow. For that reason, skinny tires work best in the snow, and fat ones corner best.
After you try "snow tires," give us a full report. Be sure to compare all the costs and inconveniences involved to the price of a 10 year old Jeep, which will also work in the summer, by the way.

Amplifier just replaced by dealer (never was bad, but they are good to me)
I'm thinking I'll list somewhere for $45K and see how it goes. Sale to any ClubLexus member for $42,500
I think the price is in-line.

I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, Foster City to be exact.
Looks like my new car might be coming sooner than I thought, so I'm willing to work on the price a bit.
Plenty more pictures on the website at http://www.dozer.com/sc430
And of course ClubLexus members get a discount!

Hey Dozer, I saw you at the Foster City Safeway reading in your car. I think this was a week or two back...the car had the top down. I'm suprised I don't see you more often since FC is a pretty small town.

If I could get a loan for a private sale I would be all over it, but the banks will only offer me a loan for a car bought through the a dealer

Okay- I need to move to California so I can get these great looking used SC430's and bask in the beautiful weather out there. Right now it is hot and humnid in the DC area. Everyone is waiting for the weather to break.

cost $40k for about 30k miles sc430 loaded, and they have tons your almost for certain going to find the color outside and inside you want. Autotrader has tons of them, and so does ebay just throw in a florida zip code mine is 33467. Alot of dealers post on auto trader and ebay so I would look for those since you get the lexus pre-owned warranty and I am pretty sure they ship.
I applied for a loan through lendingtree.com I got 5.95% for a $40k loan. I didnt get an offer for a loan for a private sale.
