Default Who lowered their SC430?

I am considering lowering my SC430. I feel like I am riding a boat. I am use to driving my 350Z Roadster. I already put sway bars but its not enough & my car looks little high.

I have few questions for those people who lowered their SC430.

1. What springs did you use?

2How much was the spring and how much did it cost to install it?

3. How low was the drop after it settled?

4. How is the ride quality compare to stock & handling?

5. What springs would you recomend?

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic of my car.

1. What springs did you use?
- never springs, only coilovers for me. tein cs

2 How much was the spring and how much did it cost to install it?
- i got the tein cs used from another member, but new i think they are around 1300. install? it's different from areas to areas, about 200 i say

3. How low was the drop after it settled?
- i can adjust it as much as i want. i can tuck all tires if i choose and still go lower

4. How is the ride quality compare to stock & handling?
- the ride is actually better than stock imho. very smooth, very soft, and very quiet

5. What springs would you recomend?
- tein cs

What do you mean when you say you can "adjust it as muc as <you> want"? I'm afraid if I lower my car that I may not be able to get it into my garage (there is a bit of a ramp I have to go up before the garage that even now it barely makes it). Is it something I can do to adjust on a daily basis withing just a few seconds?

No, you cant raise/lower it as and when you need. Once set thats it.

What you probs want is airbags which you can adjust up/down from within your car is seconds. Take a ride in a Range Rover to get an idea of what you can do with airbags.
