Locktite
There is two type's available:
Blue: low Temp
Red: High temp
I always use aircraft grade Ti hardware on all my installs and red locktite
Mettec.com
They carry Titainum nuts bolts etc in metric.
Some people look at my dirt bikes and say hey did you spend 1k to loose two pounds of weight, let's not forget the load strength or the corrision resistance of Ti

I have the sure fire answer to this problem.
Asuming you have the original rim set it is THE BOLTS ON THE SAUCER CAP connecting it to the rim are not tight enough.
THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SWAY BARS!!!
I have had this problem over and over... Those bolts just come even the slightest bit lose and you get the clicking sound. I assure you this is only cosmetic and it has nothing to do with problems with the vehicle.
So tighten the suckers as must as you possibly can and your problem will be solved.

Heck of a thought!
Considering that I just got new tires, I certainly hope that's it.
I now have a nasty click coming from the front of the car.
I should probably check the lugs as well.
It's significant -- you can feel it in the floorboard.
It also only happens once per side: a hard left, one click. Then a hard right to get it to do it again.
Not just hard turns, but turning while driving over a dip (ex. a driveway entrance).
I can sum it up this way: argh.
I accept that it's me and not the equipment.
I just wish it was someone else.
