So I finally picked up my CPO SC430 this weekend after 200 something odd post asking questions and seeing what I could do with the car and all the good stuff about toying with them.

So lets see I just picked up the car on saturday and went out for the weekend. Hopefully I can join the White Wald SC430 on 20's Club soon, I could be your east coast representative

1. But for this week I just plan to give the car a good cleaning and wax,
2. Install my radar detector in my ash tray, Its one of those hide away ones with a sensor somewhere else, I think bel makes it.
3. Throw in the yellow top optima
4. Figure out where I can run wires through the firewall for the audio system (any suggestions apreciated)
5. Figure out where I could add a sub or 2 or replace the old one .

what year is your SC?
if you have Mark Levinson, i would stick with it. few aftermarket system can surpass its quality.

I got a 2002, And I am basically just taking stuff outa the old car before I sell it and putting it into the new car. So I got a 1000 Watt fosgate amp 2 12" HX2's and a old radar detector and optima that I am moving over to the new car. Anyways my radar detector is super old like 5 years I think I am pretty sure its a bel. It works nice for me for the past 5 years so I figure I should keep it.

Holy crap I just read up on that link . that radar detector with laser shifter is a $1600 set. good lord! if I had a buncha points on my license I would get it LOL
