Hey Lee,
Did you get a chance to dyno it yet? Also that chip could probally be added on to any ecu reguardless of the intake right? And do you really think it makes a big difference and does it save gas?

Tony,
Not yet, busy this week. Hopefully early next week for the dyno.
On the ECU, yes it could be used with other intakes, however the mixture would not be accurate as it is designed for the diameter and flow on the SRT intake. Now the SRT intake itself it not the greatest design in terms of flow due to it's multi piece design but it's what is available with that ecu. BTW, how is that Blitz intake?

@Pearlpower
well i have been ordered some(most performance) parts for our baby from japan - should be arriving at the end of january here at germany.
i will try out the combination of: BLITZ SUS AIRINTAKE, REALIZE TT-R and TOM's Frontpipe (which should do most of the power increase hopefully).
i am expecting about 310-330 PS and maybe 480 NM of torque... at the flywheel.
i will keep u guys informed as the V8 fires-up for the first time together with the performance mods.
with kind regards
marcus
p.s.the biggest N/A improvement would be a prefect designed ex.manifold - but up2date nothing that fits perfectly on the market...

There is the headers which is supposed to be a perfect fit. I will be testing this shortly.

Hope this info helps. I can't wait and see what Pealpower's SC430 does on the dyno. I don't think an GS/ SC430 N/A have done a dyno w/ headers yet.
For the GS400/430 guys it seems that the headers have been a straight bolt on. I mean no modifications to the stock exhaust.. Correct me someone if this is not right.

Only one so far w/ FI (LMS GS430 Supercharger) that have posted. What I love about JP430's is that header increased peak rwhp 313 to 339=+26hp & TQ 301 to 316=+15. rwhp But Max . HP &TQ gained in the power curve was 43hp & 37TQ.

Some SC400 guys tha have added the Jbrady headers(s&s headers)

SC & RX SC400 dynoed +15hp +2 TQ

@GILLEXUS
thanks for the links...
@Lee
From what i can see on the pictures is that the O2 sensor mountings have to be closed, cos' our O2's located after the Pre-Cats (Front Pipe). But just a quick fix by using a screw.
Above this the SS headers build from SUS (assuming) which tend to crack...(depense on their quality/welds and ex.temps).
Damn - i wish that TTE would do some for our cars, but unfortunately there is no demand over here
Nevertheless - i am looking forward to see these headers installed and dynoed!!!

What do you mean that he headers are build SUS? do you mean stainles steel? I believe they are mild steet and then ceramic coated.

I have headers from them on the Tundra for well over 30k miles with no leaks or cracking. I am impressed with them and also highly recommend going with OEM Lexus gaksets as I did with the Toyota. The supplied gaskets tend to leak and the job is too involving to repeat.

i think you are right with a total setup of 4 sensors, because it makes more sense messure A/F before the catalytic convertors. but i can't see them from my top of engine-bay... maybe they are hidden under the heatshields... i don't have an EPC for this car right now - which would make things much easier to look at.
good to know the headers are build from mild-steel - that should reduce the risk of craking.
