Default Please allow me to reintroduce myself...

Hey guys,

I used to be the owner of a black on black SC400, but recently switched into a 2003 Black on Black SC430. My old username was SC400texas. Im into VIPcars, VIPstyle, wide wheels, low cars, and CLASS. I hope that I can fit into this forum. Some of yall may remember my old SC400 on Work Euroline SL's. I was one of the first guys to try pushing the envelope of width and offset on a Z30 Soarer / SC chassis on here. Im ready to get my SC430 started. However, Im going to wait for a while. As many of you know, daily driving a car like my SC400 can become tedious. I just want to drive to work and home without being on alert for any road imperfections, I'm a bit tierd of having to stop traffic to pull into a driveway, and I like the reliability of a completely stock car! lol. Don't worry the mod bug has been strong with me for a while. The 430 will be getting my VIPstyle treatment soon (in the meantime Im just going to enjoy the car for what it is). I just wanted to introduce myself.

Rob (aka SC400texas)

Welcome back Rob. I see you have great taste in car colors. Black/Black is class all the way. A lot of work I'm sure but well worth it.

Rob,

FYI...Your the reason I purchased the Euroline SL for my SC430 (should receive by the end of Feb). I really liked the way it looked on your previous SC. Looking forward to seeing you Mod your new SC. Welcome on board!

Thanks Rominl. I really love this car... I look forward to playing with my car! Right now Im just enjoying the change of scenery. I have a ton of knowledge of the previous soarer generations and for the past couple of months I have spent some of my freetime prowling the internet for UZZ40 info and I have come across some great stuff.

(by the way, it sure feels nice to call this forum home now... )

Order it from Carson, I am sure they will ship out to you. I'm sure a Tom's rep is in the UK somewhere as well.

Welcome to the SC430 world Rob.

I feel ya Rob, after having a hooked up, low, loud, manual car I just wanted to enjoy a stock car and be able to pull into a drive way without making sure the incline isnt too high or running through a speed bump faster than normal.

I enjoyed being stock for about 2 weeks, then I started doing some research and I was like well the Blitz exhaust sounds stock so I guess I would still be stockish. Then I came up on a deal on a blitz intake and Lee said it was quiet so I figured I would still be stockish

Now I am sort of unhappy with the run flats since I cant fly over speed bumps so I figured rims wont be a bad idea since it will improve ride quality LOL but with rims you need a drop, so right now I am less than 2 months into my sc and I got intake, exhaust, in the process of chaning out stock sub, and got wheels and drop comin on the car hopefully by the end of the month.

Sometimes u want to get away from the modding scene but you just cant
