Lowering issues any advice ?
I own a 05'-SC430,and can't seem to get straight answers w/ reguards to lowering it .My 20's look hidious w/ height in the wheel gap. Anyone ever hear of TANABE? (assuming I spelled it right).I want to lower my car 1.5-2'' and don't really want to spend the $1500 on the cs tein coilover nor do I want to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery, like I was told. Thanks

umm here
Tanabe NF210 .9"/.9"
H&R 1.2"/1.2"
Eibach .8"/.8"
Tien S 1.3"/1.6"
Tien H .7"/1"
TTE 1"/1"
As you can see the tanabe nf's dont drop it the amount you want. Your going to have to get tein springs which run for less than $200 on ebay. However I heard ride quality was bad

Hey, thanks again. I may have to opt for the tein cs coilover afterall. I reallt did'nt want to spend the money but everyone who has them swears they are worth it...

i wouldnt lower in ny... our cars are low enough already...
last car i lowered, i went thru 3 suspensions, alignment never back to spec even with front and rear camber kit, tire wear issues, lots of scraping(nyc potholes & speedbumps are the worst!), and general damage such as having the muffler pipes redone twice because there were holes from scraping...
even getting towed onto a flatbed while stock(sc430) the car scrapes...imagine if it was lowered..

wow ok you see that list, get the eibach springs if you have to drop it. Eibach are high quality springs, and with only a .8 inch drop you should be ok

yea the eibach pro-kit was the best as far as height a ride when i had it in my 98 acura cl with koni yellows...
though i hit a pothole in nyc and one of the shocks failed...and then i changed to a nex SR coilover system which froze(non-adjusting)
