Does anyone know if simply switching out my factory radio for a 2006 factory radio would work and give me the option of factory sat radio and bluetooth?

I am sure there are other modules involved but assuming those could be purchased as well?

i think u need to switch out your entire navi system and i still dont think it would work

correct, you need the whole nav unit, which is no fun.

is that what you mean or do you mean the actual computer box in the back of the car?

i would love to have bluetooth and the voice activated nav and such.

yes the whole setup, the nav unit, everything. coz' the bluetooth comes with the new 4th generation nav. so it's the whole system
