57k for 23k that's pretty steep. i know it's special edition but still it's very hard to advertise when people can get a new one for just a tad more. did you try autotrader and such? for special editions, you just have to wait to find someone who appreciates the car

The market is definitely not soft on the SC430. In particular, now that it's almost Spring, this car is very much in season. However, I would be very surprised to hear of an `05 PBE with 25K miles selling for $57K. It doesn't make sense. I guess it could happen, though, but just it seems very remote considering that someone willing to spend that amount could get themselves a brand-new `06 SC430 (not a PBE), with "zero" miles, for about $5K more.

actually right after i got my 05 sc430, i saw a 04 PB in the lot with 18k miles selling for 67k. i love that car, don't get me wrong, but it's pretty ridiculous.

Default 2006 sc430

I paid invoice plus 500.00 for my 06 , no tax , 128.00 for four year tags

Have seen new 05 for 57,500 on ebay
already some demo 06's on ebay also

I am trying to talk one of my girlfreinds on a new 06 rather a 05, Better resale since it has 6 speed and better wheels than the 05 models....

Just my 2 cents

Are you kidding ? Even a new one cost less & IMHO there is absolutely nothing really special about these special editions AFAIC . . .

sorry to bring a 2 month old thread back-up, but did you sell it? I have an 05 PBE with 28k and have had it listed for a little over a month and have had only 1 inquiry on it. Listed it at 52,888 originally, now I'm down to 47.9k. At the auction I saw 2 last week in Vegas sell for 47 and 48k, one with 29k miles one with 15k, neither was PBE.
