i am thinking about buying a 2004 and adding a spare tire kit from lexus and moving away from the run flats. I did a search and could not find any posting talking about it. Is it difficult to install? It does not look like it takes up much space since it sits in a vertical manner. I think i can get the full kit including jack and spare for about $1k.

theres a dealer thats selling them on ebay for 600 something for the spare tire kit...
i still think thats a bit steep for a donut and some carpeting...
1000 is a ripoff

btw the car comes with a jack already...
