You guys are lucky. I was quoted $759 and $800 for my 30,000 service. Maybe they thought I said 300,000 mile service.

seriously, ask them whta they do for 30k. a lot of stuff you probably don't need

personally i can care less about 30, 60, etc... package. i just do what i think is right. for 30k, i will change oil, differential, flush tranny, and bleed the brakes. that's probably all it needs.
i dont' think that should be so expensive

what do you all think about getting it done at a independent mechanic? seems kinda pricey (500+) for what seems to be a bunch of fluid changes and inspections..

I started carring my 02 to an independent Lexus Mech and I am very happy with the service and the cost. Besides he takes less than and hour and I don't have to run around town all do to wait on my car. The coast is about half the price as the dearler./
