Hello,

I just got a 2003 SC430. Its Amethyst Pearl with the ivory interior.
I'm ordering the taillight mod, and I was wondering if anyone has added the chrome strip in the foglight area and the chrome surround on the actual foglight...
Anyone have part numbers or anything for that?

what foglight mod you talking about?! i am not 100% sure but i thought the 02-05 foglights and 06 fogs are pretty much the same shape?

and even the 02-05 foglights, there are chrome trims around it

I noticed on the 06 models there is a chrome strip that goes across the opening where the foglights are.
I'm pretty sure that my 03 doesn't have that. I agree the shape and everything is the same but I don't believe I have any chrome around my foglight.

umm ok, you sure you didnt' lose those trims when you got the car? i have 05, and i am pretty sure i have those chrome trims around the foglights. whether they are part of the foglights i don't know, but for sure i remember cleaning them when i wash my car?

You know what it is...my car is dark colored.
The 06 picture you can clearly see the single chrome strip going across...I don't have that.

correct me if i am wrong.
the chrome strip you have been talking about is part of the front bumper not that of the fog lamp.

Its goot be the part on the bumper.

I guess it may be part of the bumper, I just figured its part of the foglight housing area.
From what I saw on an 06...it looks like a part that just sticks on or something like that.
I have the Amethyst color and you can't see the strips at all...on the white you can see it and it stand out...but on a dark color...looks like nothing is there.

Hey guys, it is part of the front bumper and not that of the foglight. So your out of luck unless you want to change the whole front end
