I have 2500 kms (less than 2000 mi) and I cannot take anymore of the run flats since in my country Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep. roads are in bad conditions and the run flats take away the Lexus feeling of the drive.

I know that the Lexus come with Dunlop tires but I don't know which model and if they will be available here, so I would like some recommendations if I could use others like Pirelli, Toyo, Bridgestone and get similar results to the Dunlops (supposedly there were made for this car).

Also, I would like to know if I am going to confront problems with my sensors since I am keeping the stock wheels.

Tks to 2Savvy and El Chino for their replies and since I read a post of 2Savvy regarding tires and sensors maybe you can come up with something.
