As long as you don't lift, when you are supposed to be putting on the brakes. lol With all those drills you could always put a couple more through holes in your foot so you can see them even when you are braking. lol Just a suggestion.

Ouch! Right or left? That angled drill is one heavy piece of steel!

Hi mandyfig,

Uhhhh, would you mind turning that gas pedal over?

One hell of a good job with the pictures, Mandyfig. We're glad you didn't get into a rush, with working Saturday and all. As far as the holes in your feet, I'd say both so you can see all the pedals anytime. lol I see you used the same clamps that I did. I was in a hurry and I'm not into taking pictures.

As far as quality of the wifey's work, I checked and double checked her work and she passed. Using a mirror helped. Frankly I had no idea if I hit a bracket in the back of the pedal. Iw as just waiting for the wifey to complain that the washer and the nut were not going to seat.

But worked in the end. And she seems to be happy with the upgrade. It is actually her car.

I know what you mean, had to take my plate (license) off, and she got her own to put on. I ask and she usually will say yes for me to drive it. It's usually to go get gas, so she doesn't have to pump it herself. But if she did, she would probably drive to Jersey, (about 5 miles east) to get gas there, they still pump it for you. No selfserve there. Hope she likes the pedals. She probably could care less, mine felt the same about the tien springs, the pedals and the injen intake. Waste of money. She just doesn't get it. I must say, she does like the sound of the intake when you step on it.

You have to do what you have to do to please the misses. The SC is a weekend car. For now I take it for a ride all the time. Last weekend after coming from a party and I had some to drink, she finally drove it home and she likes it.
