I'll work on it tomorrow (technically later today). It's 2:15am and I'm still working. Who needs sleep when these instructions look so damn cool. I'll post it ASAP. Sorry but work comes first I have the Gladiator on TV keeping me company: Maxiumus, Maximus, Maximus... oop back to work.

My bad...it did not come out as expected. Same as Romini's attached file.

Anyway, here it what DanK interpreted from the instructions. Again Bro...BIG Mahalo!!!!

From DanK:

I finally got to look at it and from the looks of what you gave me
(pages 1 and 2), you may be missing some instructions but here we go.
Anyway, as the pictures show, you will have to install what looks like
a part connected with the seatbelt attachment (what the instructions
call the "catch RH" and catch "LH"). Also, there will be tabs with
adhesive where it looks like you will attach to the part that folds up
when we open/close the top. So here we go.

Thank you for purchasing the Genuine Lexus Cruising Shelf.
Please read the manual before you use it. Please follow the direction
properly as specified. Please keep the manual in the car. In the case
you sell or give this product to another person, include the manual
with it.

In order to do the safest work, special instructions are noted with the
following symbols:
(the triangle with the exclamation point in it) Caution - If you do not
follow the instructions properly, you may injure or damage the car.
(the finger point) Advice - We note the following items in order to do
the most efficient of work.

Installation instruction
Diagram 1: Inner cover installation
Diagram 2: Crusing shelf main body exhibit.

5. (I don't know what happened to 1 to 4) Main body instruction
(1) Push the lean hose (I don't know but it's in katakana in the
picture) into "Catch RH" and "Catch LH"
Advice: Before installation, slide the front seats forward. (Gee,
shouldn't this be before 1?)
(2) Rotate the top portion and pull it over the rear headrest.
(3) Put the back of the headrest into the hooks/**** (4 points).
(See, I don't know what 4 points because nowhere did they talk about
this yet)
(4) Connect the right and left "male" magic tapes into the "female"
Caution: When you connect the shelf, pull the **** up (as shown) and
push straight in as you connect. Make sure the **** is put back in its
original position. If you do not pull the **** straight up or push in
excessively, you may break or damage the ****. When you remove it (the
shelf), you need to pull up (as shown). Do not pull up with excessive
force or you may break or damage it.
(5) Install the hook onto the sheet or put it over the garnish (?)
(left and right sides in 3 places).

Here's a little tease on what I plan to put in the August Show: I cut & pasted from another vehicle that was in the Gallery. I apologize if the owner is offended.

Sure are...I cannot wait to put them on. They have been sitting around for 4 months. Don't want to dent it before the show.
