The web address will not work because the company is Luxury Motor Works, not Luxury Mod Works.

thanks for the correction! it looks like they're out of stock for both the top only package and the combo unit. has anyone ever installed this package by themselves? i have no knowledge of installing anything electric in my car, or wiring, but i can follow instructions pretty well... wonder if i could do it....

Iam having just the remote top installed next week by them, less the rear window mod that would keep the rear windows up while the top is down...

So I take it the rear window control that they have been promising is an option? Damn, I would love to have all four windows go down and up at the same time...
I've been waiting for a luxlink ever since I got my car. I may and visit them next week..
Thanks

damn y'all are lucky, i am abt 2 hrs from houston and they are the nearest city that has any market for mods to your car... southern cal seems to have so many shops... My old SC4 was my mod car, but i'm not an enthusiast, simply borla exhaust, 18" racing hart C5s, and RMM intake in the old car... this one is completely stock... I am considering the TV nav thing, and then this remote start & remote top looks coool... no bodykit and no rims for me on this car, i'm an exec, gotta look the part... like i said earlier, i have never done any electrical work, has anyone followed the instructions and installed this mod by themselves? anyone from tx who could help?

not a good first time do-it-yourself thing, thats what i was thinking too... i watched the video and it's really grainy and they're pulling apart panels left and right, might just leave it to a pro, but i don't want to double the cost by getting professional installation. let's hear from reviews from people who have the remote top, i really want to get this done!

I hooked it up myself and found it pretty straight foward. Just have to be patient. The hardest part for me was getting my big body underneath the dash to solder connection. The steering wheel and my gut dont seem to be a good match. Another thing to watch out for is feeding the wiring thru the door boot. I know of some installers who have taken the easy way out and just drilled holes into the door to run the wiring.
