Lx-mode Lip
Well after waiting months for the front lip from Lx-Mode it did arrive today , it was painted 065 pearl white , great match of color , The lip is made of urethane and is very flexiable compared to the other lips on the market.
This lip will scrape and not crack like the fiberglass models.
It is secured by four bracketsthat are well made and two screws on each side of end under the fender skirt.
Now the bad news!
I was sent a 02-05 lip !
I need a 06 model , there is a difference in the way it attaches and the 06 is more round of a bumper than the 02/05 model
So if any wants one of these in 065 pearl white carson will have this back in two days.....

I received my LX mode front lip in 065 paint for my 06 SC430. The color and finish is excellent.
IT DOESN"T FIT!!
I waited for over 4 months only to be teased by the beautiful color match and excelent finish of this product.
What are they going to do now? I emailed Steve at Carson and am waiting on his reply.

Yes Henry, after continously stateing 06, 06, before I ordered and they directed me to the LX mode spoiler because it was the only one Carson had for the 06. After waiting for over 4 months. After worrying about paint matching.
It is for the 02 to 05 model year. The 02 to 05 model fits into the fog light area where as the 06 goes straight across the bottom. It is very obvious when you compare the pictures on their website.
The funny thing is no where on the product does it say the year it is for. It only says sc430/soarer. However on there website there is a distinction when you order.
Oh well, I hope I don't have to pay for the shipping back?

sorry to hear that man. i just hope the new one will come soonbtw, while at it, can you see how it doesn't fit? to me, i am kinda curious how the 06 bumper is different from the 02-05 bumper causing fitment problem

2006 sc430 FRONT BUMPER
Well I spoke with Luis again today , and he confirmed yes there is a different front lip made by Lux-Mode for the SC430, and They did ship two 02/05 models painted 065 instead of the 06 model SC430 they ordered.
We will see how long there air freight takes.....
