What a fantastic car this is
First thoughts on the SC are:
Incredibly quiet engine and totally rattle and squeak free the build quality is unquestionable.
The engine is a peach - serious torque at much lower down than most petrol engines while being totally refined and quiet. I could have sworn it gave an extra kick in the backside when booting it at about 3500RPM in power mode
Love the interior 10 way seat and lumbar adjustment with a generous armrest makes for really relaxed driving you really feel like you shouldnt thrash this car...
So many little things that i like illuminated footwells and lexus badges on the sills add to the luxury feel, covering up the nav and cd is a nice touch, memory seats as standard which is very useful for the wife...managed to get the bluetooth working quickly and program the nav without reading the manual. Bluetooth reception was excellent just dont phone yourself in the car as it echos!
Suspension is quite soft but then for a luxury car it is about right.
Downsides well nothing of any significance - the seat belts are difficult to reach and no where to rest your left foot other than under the hand(foot)brake and couldnt find anywhere for parking tickets but so what...Indicator stalk is on the opposite side to my 97 Supra - Bizarre...
Overall This car rocks and here in the UK you are lucky if you see 1 per year...Lovin it
Cheers

Congrat's. I just picked up a Certified 2003 black on black with spoiler and chrome wheels. It only had 10,800 miles on it and looks brand new. Bought it for $45K.
