Foglamp upgrade
Gang,
This lamp supposedly is an option here in Japan. It is a DRL (16 LED lights) and HID fog light combo. About $1800 upgrade. Is this available in US? Thinking about upgrading mine along with the tail lamps…

Wow Jason. We do not have that item available here in the States, though I am intrigued. What is the cost of that (in yen is fine)? Is it available for all models since the SC430s inception? Does anyone know if the '06 foglights are different from the '02-'05s? Thanks for any help.

Wow Jason. We do not have that item available here in the States, though I am intrigued. What is the cost of that (in yen is fine)? Is it available for all models since the SC430s inception? Does anyone know if the '06 foglights are different from the '02-'05s? Thanks for any help.

This foglamp goes is about 180,000 Yen. Way too high in my opinion.

it starts becoming available on the 06 sc430, BUT only in japan. nothing here in the US. no one knows for sure, but i have a feeling that the shape is the same so it probably would fit.
and if you drool over the led? drool ove the foglights as well. they are HID. yup, hid fogs.
but hooking up the led will be a bit tough from what i read so far

well think of it this way. the headlights themselves, they are over 1000 bucks EACH. so 1400 - 1800 for the fogs i think they are not too bad. of course, they are expensive and not something i can afford neither, haha.... but for sure they are super nice -- that's if i can fully hook up the drl part

Awesome... But of course, I think $300 for clear corners and $600 for updated tail lights isn't bad. Maybe its because I can't afford most of that stuff right now anyways... =) Someone do this please.. I want to see how they look on.
