Black with birds eye maple would be my choice. BEM has always been one of my favorite woods. Too bad it is not an option.

I'd go for the red. I've been keeping my eyes open for one of the used Pebble Beach versions that had that interior. Not only that I think the white exterior would realy set that color off with the top down.
