Newbie Question

I'm considering a wheel deal that's got a high offset ~+38, if I purchase spacer will it give me the flush look.

without width, offset is meaningless. so post the width and we can tell you more about it

with the right size spacers you can always make it look better and flush, but i am always against that idea
