It arrived today !
I jumped right on the install , great fit & finish, It 's urethane and very easy to adjust since it is flexiable.
I drilled one hole 9/64 to hold the sides on first, there are two screws per side.
There is a silicone seal that runs the entire length at the top that will stop any rubbing on the two surfaces.
Marked the height on the bumper ( top) with a washable marker,
I then used the 3m supplied pre-stick pad since there is a 1/4 doubled sided tape on this assy, there also is four brackets that hold the assy on and support it very well.
I attached the two side brackets to the existing 3/8 sheet metal screws that attach the main bumper assy on the 430.
Holding the bumber in place I pulled the double sided tape from the top and pressed the bumper in place , since the sides were in place all I had to do is raise the lip to the correct height and press on.
I then drilled the last two holes on the sides, drilled two 3/8 holes for the center brackets and it was a done deal.
There was instructions , but not in english..
The lux mode is the best fitting lip that I have seen , and the seal is really top notch Quality and the color match( 065) was perfect.
I only had to use a jack enough 3' inches so my long screw driver would work , and to drill two two 3/8 holes was no big deal.
Everything really fit well, and it was worth the price paid for the product quality and paint.
I will try to upload some pic's in the gallery
